Hard working laborer needed Full time position.

Reputable and established Bay Area Paving Company looking to hire a hardworking and dependable laborer. We are NOT looking for an operator and/or estimator.

Yard is located in Martinez. Must have reliable transportation to get to the yard each morning.

Hours per day will vary. Start time is typically 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: shoveling, raking, cleaning, blowing, assisting guys with tools, and miscellaneous tasks needed for the job.

The position is a year-round full time position, not seasonal.

Wages range from $20-$25 and are dependent on experience and/or performance (weekly pay periods).

Good driving record is a plus, but not necessary.

Cooperation and consent to a background check.

We offer Profit Share, 401K and employer match after 1 year, along with vacation time.

Monthly Medical Bonus after 90 days.
