As we continue to expand, mid-size law firm is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Human Resources department.

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and organizing resumes.

Assist in new hire onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee leave management.

Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and/or company events.

Assist with compliance of company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role preferred.

Law firm or other professional office experience preferred.

SHRM or PHR Certificate a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

The base salary rate for this non-exempt 37.5 hours a week position is $33.33 - $38.46, depending on experience.
