About the Role:

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Front of House Bakery Team Members to join our Neighbor Bakehouse team. This role is guest-facing and fast-paced, focused on cashiering, restocking pastries, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, efficient service at the counter

- Operate POS system accurately for bakery and retail transactions

- Restock pastries and retail items throughout service to ensure a full, beautiful display

- Package pastries carefully and efficiently for dine-in and takeaway orders

- Maintain a clean, organized front counter and FOH workspace

- Communicate clearly with the bakery and FOH team during busy service periods

- Support overall bakery flow during peak hours

What We’re Looking For:

- Morning availability required

- Prior cashier, bakery, or café experience preferred (but not required)

- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

- Friendly, calm demeanor and genuine enjoyment of guest interaction

- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Compensation:

- $20/hour + tips
