TROPISUEÑO – NIGHT SERVER POSITIONS

Downtown San Francisco (Yerba Buena)

Tropisueño is a high-volume, full-service Mexican kitchen in the heart of SOMA. We’re looking for experienced PM servers who can also bartend when needed. This is not an entry-level role — you need to be able to handle fast turns, high check averages, and consistent cocktail execution.

WHAT WE’RE HIRING FOR

Night-time servers with strong floor presence

Some Bartending experience no required, but a (for cross-training + coverage)

Ability to run full sections during peak service

Confidence with tequila/mezcal knowledge and house cocktails

Clean, accurate POS work (Toast experience a plus)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Minimum 2 years serving in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

Solid bartending fundamentals

Strong communication, punctuality, and guest-service instincts

Ability to handle pressure without drama

Current CA Food Handler Certification (or obtain upon hire)

TIPS training certificate

Authorized to work in the U.S.
