Description:

We are looking for a warm, personable, and detail-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a host/hostess, you will set the tone for the dining experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth flow at the front door. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, team-focused environment and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously

Manage reservations and walk-ins using our reservation system

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area

Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Assist with guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible

Qualifications:

Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
