Prep Cook / Dishwasher Needed

Responsibilities include:

- Assist with food prep (cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients)

- Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness

- Support line cooks during service

- Take out trash and help with general kitchen upkeep

Requirements:

- Must be reliable and show up on time — consistency is very important

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Can lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Prior kitchen experience is a plus (but not required)

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
