BOH Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

At least 2 years of kitchen experience

Strong knife skills and experience with seafood and poultry is preferred

Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency

Must be able to work well in fast pace team environments

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

Interest in all types of Asian cuisine specifically Korean and Japanese

Open availability, must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Server: $18 - $19 per hour plus tips

Food Runner: $17 - $18 per hour plus % of tips

Line Cook: $20 - 24 per hour plus % of tips

Prep Cook: $19 - 22 per hour plus % of tips

Sous Chef: Competitive salary
