Bar Back Opportunity at High Volume Cocktail Bar

Renowned cocktail bar California Gold is seeking a motivated individual to join our team.

Previous hospitality experience preferred.

The bar back is a vital support role that enables the bartender to give their full attention to crafting drinks while providing hospitality to our guests. This is essentially our apprentice role. The bar back will learn the fundamentals of service, hospitality as well as the products we use.

This is our progression and the foundation of how we train our bartenders.

The position we need is 4 days Thursday-Sunday. The hours vary but typically expect 7pm-3:30am

The ideal candidate possesses:
