We are seeking a General Manager at Roam Artisan Burgers in Corte Madera with a strong customer service background and high-volume restaurant experience. As a growing restaurant group, this is an exciting opportunity to join our management team.

JOB SUMMARY (Full Time, Onsite Position):

Full Time - Salary $80K

The General Manager is a key team member and representative of the restaurant and the brand. The primary responsibilities of the Manager are to:

a) Ensure guest satisfaction through recruiting, hiring, and training team members to successfully carry out policies and procedures

b) Contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by effectively managing labor and inventory

c) Maintain and monitor the facility

d) Support team of employees

QUALIFICATIONS

Management experience in restaurant industry

Passion for customer service and attention to detail

Serve as a positive role model at all times

Track record of achieving financial results

Honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Energetic, fun, outgoing and hospitable personality

Ability to effectively train, mentor and manage FOH staff

Schedule flexibility; applicants must be available to work weekends and nights
