Ice Cream Server/ shift lead

Local Creamery looking for an ice cream server/shift supervisor. Our ideal candidate is friendly, energetic and a highly motivated individual that can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Additionally they are passionate about food (especially ice cream), customer service, are detail oriented and able to follow instructions and recipes. The ability to multi-task efficiently even under stressful situations and physically lift 25 lbs is a must. Commercial kitchen experience is a major plus taken into consideration. We offer an environment with solid training and guidance as well as an opportunity to grow.

The entire team is cross trained therefore position responsibilities will include both front and back of house work:

Front of house serving, scooping, waffle cone making, and register

Assist in prep work

Assist in maintaining inventory of ingredients

- Dishwashing

- Overseeing smooth operation of protocols

Default Schedule: Tues & Thursday 11:15am-5pm & fill-ins (as needed) + catering events (if desired)
