Dining Room Manager/Bar Manager

Perbacco, acclaimed Italian restaurant in the Financial District, is searching for an experienced and motivated Dining Room Manager.

The perfect candidate must have at least 3 years management experience in fine dining restaurants

Has knowledge of Italian food and wine a plus

Has knowledge of spirits and cocktails and bar operations

Has exceptional hospitality skills

He/she is a leader and a mentor

He/she knows how to read a profit and loss statement
