The Peach, a new all-day brunch restaurant in the heart of Oakland, is hiring Back of House (BOH) team members! From the creators of Jo's Modern Thai, a Michelin Bib Gourmand and James Beard semifinalist restaurant, we are excited to bring our newest concept to life. We’re seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our kitchen team and help create vibrant, flavorful dishes in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Positions Available:

- Line Cooks

- Dishwashers

- Prep Cooks

- Pastry Cooks

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in a kitchen environment (3+ years preferred for cooks, dishwashers can be entry-level)

- Passion for cooking and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Team players who are reliable and committed to delivering quality dishes

- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
