Position: Server

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring customization and special requests are noted.

- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests, addressing any inquiries or dietary restrictions.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.

- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations.

- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred, but not required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be at least 21years old.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
