We are seeking a Tasting Room Assistant/Barback at Rombauer Vineyards in Saint Helena, CA. This role will assist your teammates with the smooth running of the Retail Sales Room. You will be a primary Customer Service representative at Rombauer Vineyards ensuring a dedication to the highest quality of customer satisfaction delivered with a sense of graciousness, pride, fun, and company spirit. They ensure excellent customer service by providing a clean, efficient and organized workspace. They also provide a positive product image to all visitors. May assist with hospitality special events as needed.

Compensation:

Hiring Range Posted: $19.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr + Tips

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
