Catering & Event Bartenders

Experience with satellite/portable bar set-ups which includes create a bar station set-up at various locatons including outdoor settings, private homes, backyards and professional venues.

Responsible for set-up of all bar equipment, and all alcohol inventory.

Responsible for off-loading and repacking all serviceware and equipment after event breakdown

Review in advance banquet event order (BEO) in order to be adequately prepared for the event.

Full bar, cocktails and mocktails knowledge and skills required.
