Foghorn Taproom hiring Bartenders and Cooks $30/hr

We have positions open for both roles, with shifts at our Richmond and Sunset locations. We are looking to add full-time and part-time staff.

Bartender / Cashier

Knowledge of craft beer desired. Experience bartending or serving is desired, but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right applicant. We just want someone who takes pride in what they do, works well both alone and as part of a crew, and likes the idea of being an integral part of a customer's experience. This job is perfect for someone who is capable of working without any direct oversight. You will be the sole bartender in house for your shift, and will be working without any supervision. We have 14 rotating taps of Bay Area craft beers, and strive to make the best fried chicken sandwich and chicken wings in the city. We have a passion for what we do, and if you think you could add something to the team, we hope to hear from you! Pay is $18.07/hr plus tip split, which works out to about $10-15/hr in tips. We guarantee $30/hr though with tips, so if you make under that, we will add the difference to your check. You are guaranteed to make $30/hr. Cook

Foghorn Taproom is looking for a fulltime A.M cook to join the team. The job consists of cooking, some food running, bussing, to go order packing, cleaning, and ordering. You'll learn all of the duties that we have in our kitchen, and make an equal tip split as all other staff, bartenders and cooks. Pay is $18.67/hr plus tip split, which works out to about $10-15/hr in tips. We guarantee $30/hr though with tips, so if you make under that, we will add the difference to your check. You are guaranteed to make $30/hr. We also provide PTO and shift meals / beers, as well as a 40% off discount.
