Uccello Lounge seeking Assistant General Manager/Floor Manager

Uccello Lounge is looking for an energetic professional inspired by the challenges and rewards of the hospitality industry to fill a full time manager position.

We are a fifty-five seat restaurant and lounge located in the heart of the SF arts district, inside the San Francisco Conservatory of Music's new Bowes Center. Directly across the street are SF Symphony, SF opera, Ballet and the Jazz Center is two blocks away.

What we are seeking:

Our ideal candidate would be someone with at least two years of managerial experience in a fine dining or high end restaurant/lounge. The position will require the ability to work seamlessly with a small team to ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests. Applicants must be available for evening shifts Tuesday through Saturday.
