Captain/Server at Michelin Star Restaurant

Chez TJ, a Michelin Star restaurant in Mountain View, is looking for an experienced and professional individual for the position of Captain.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-Demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail and strong work ethic

-Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful

-Previous experience working in Fine Dining and/or Michelin starred establishment

-Knowledge and passion.

-Understanding of classic food, wine service, pairings and service ware

- At least 2 years of serving experience required

$20.00 an hour

-Friday and Saturday availability from 4pm-12am
