Popular boba shop in Santa Clara is now hiring for baristas who are passionate about serving quality drinks, and snacks for customers. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are hiring full time or part time baristas.

Responsibilities :

Making boba teas, smoothies and coffee

Take orders and input into POS machine/cash register

Follow health and safety guidelines

Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Maintain cleanliness and refill items around the store

Qualifications :

Minimum 6 months of food service or similar experience preferred

Proactive mindset, attentive to details, and always looking to help

Help customers fulfill orders in a professional manner - you will earn tips!

Explain products to the customer and make recommendations

Looking for someone to join for at least 6 months

Good work ethics and reliable

Preferred qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of food service or similar experience preferred
