BARTENDERS and BAR MANAGER for FINE DINING RESTAURANT NEEDED

We are currently seeking for Bartenders as well as a Bar Manager. For Bartenders we would like you to have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced bar of quality. We want responsible and professional employees that have pride in their work and have a team player mentality. We have both full and part time positions available.

For Bar Manager we would like to see at least 2 years of bar experience, a healthy knowledge of wine and creativity when it comes to cocktails. You would be in charge of all liquor ordering, inventory, as well as maintaining and creating wine and cocktail menus. Training staff on new cocktails and wines is another important aspect of the position. Speed and efficiency, cleanliness and quality behind the bar is the gold standard. This would be a PM shift position 5 nights a week.
