Full Time Lead Cook for Popular Taqueria

El Tesoro Taqueria in the clean and safe Westborough Square shopping mall off 280 by Pacific Market is looking for a Lead Line Cook to work full time , primarily in evenings to 10:30. Easy, free parking lot, close to BART.

Requirements:

1. Must speak and read English to read customer notes and vendor correspondence

2. Must be fluent in Spanish to communicate with staff.

3. Must have at least 2 years cooking experience- preferably with Mexican food.

4. Must have a current food handlers certificate OR ability to quickly take the test and obtain

Flexible hours a plus to take on extra shifts as needed.

Prime Duties are:

- Cooking the full menu for eat in and takeout/delivery customer orders

- Preparing and labeling large catering orders

- Conduct Daily sanitation check

- Take weekly inventory & help place place food orders

- Handle after closing cleaning up as needed
