PIZZA MAKER (Pizzaiolo)

Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria in Mountain View, is looking for a pizza maker, (Pizzaiolo) to assist with pizza making in a wood fired oven.

Previous experience preferred, with hand stretched dough pizza making. Wood fired oven baking experience a plus. Must be positive and a team player and be able to work in a display kitchen interacting with the public, and work well under pressure. Must be able to work evening and weekends.
