Honor Kitchen & Cocktails Floor Manager!

Emeryville Gastropub established in 2011, Honor Kitchen and Cocktails, is seeking a Floor Manager to join our team.

Honor is an artisan bar and restaurant serving high quality and innovative hand crafted products. If you are an excellent team player interested in working with a great team, we would love to hear from you.

Must have previous bartending and management experience; a thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.

Responsibilities include:

-Weekly purchasing

-Oversight of all production of shrubs, batched cocktails, bottled products

-Property oversight

-Opening and closing the bar

-Full bar service including wine and beer

-Maintaining inventory

-Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner

-Understand and follows the sequence of service.

-Knowledge of service, food and drink to be determined through mandatory testing.

-Compliance with all side work duties determined by management.

-Marking all guests with appropriate silverware, glassware and plates.

-Completes all assigned side work completely and efficiently.

-Restocking any and all necessary items needed throughout shift.
