Contract Designer/ Job Captain for Residential/ Comm'l Firm

Award Winning Boutique Oakland Residential/ Commercial firm seeking a contract designer/ job captain to assist with various high end single and multi-family residential projects, as well as commercial tenant improvements - retail, office, restaurant in the greater Bay Area. There's nothing better than a smaller firm (wfh, or in our coworking space) which can give you the flexibility you need, while playing a key role in shaping projects currently under way.
