Direct Support Professional

We are looking for a male Direct Support Professional (DSP) with at least 3 years of experience to provide support in Tiburon to our son with developmental disabilities. This position involves helping him participate in community activities and skill building that complements his self-determined goals. You may also provide assistance with his physical care and with his other activities of daily living, recreational activities and some academics.

This is an hourly position working in our home and in the local community at least 4 days per week. Available shifts are 5-6 hrs., weekdays and weekends (morning shifts and afternoon shifts are available). Annual merit based bonus after 12 mos.

Additional mileage reimbursement is provided for work transportation plus monthly phone stipend.

Salary is DOE ($35-50/hr. plus potential bonus) Training provided. Minimum commitment is 1 year.
