We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESL teacher to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to adult learners.
Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that caters to the unique needs of adult students.
Assess students’ language abilities and monitor progress through regular evaluations.
Develop course materials, including assignments, quizzes, and presentations.
Use various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Please provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Foster open communication and cultural exchange in the classroom.
Adapt lesson plans to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
Encourage students to use English in real-life situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree (preferred).
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (required).
Previous teaching experience, especially with adult learners (preferred).
Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native fluency).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
