Apartment Manager Team of 2 People

TEAM OF 2 PEOPLE for 96 unit apartment complex in Santa Rosa. Full-time, onsite positions. Office person accepts and deposits rents, shows available units, performs move-in and move-out inspections, schedules sub-contractors, accepts tenant requests for service, etc. Maintenance person performs unit turns, service requests, meets and accommodates sub-contractors, maintains pool and other complex equipment, etc. Successful candidates have prior experience with California tenant/landlord law, are organized, have excellent communication skills, are fluent in English, have reliable insured vehicle. Spanish a plus. MUST LIVE ONSITE. Compensation includes hourly wage and 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment to share.
