Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-managed Project Manager to oversee the service side of our business. The Project Manager will handle projects related to property management, subcontractor coordination, and client services, ensuring the successful completion of window washing, pressure washing, tile cleaning, painting, and other building services. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual who can take charge and manage multiple tasks with a high level of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

o Oversee and manage service-related projects from inception to completion.

o Coordinate and schedule service providers and subcontractors for services such as window washing, pressure washing, tile cleaning, painting, and more.

o Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

o Serve as the main point of contact for property managers, business owners, and clients.

o Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring they meet performance and service standards.

Budget & Resource Management:

o Develop project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources efficiently.

o Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.

o Negotiate contracts with subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.

Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of subcontractors and service providers, ensuring high performance and service delivery.

o Ensure that all work complies with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control & Compliance:

o Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

o Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and address any deficiencies in service delivery.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

o Proactively identify issues and resolve project-related challenges.

o Make quick, informed decisions to maintain project timelines and service quality.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building services, property management, or facilities management industries.

o Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating services like window washing, pressure washing, or painting (highly desired).

Skills:

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o High degree of service acumen and customer-focused mindset.

o Proficient in project management software and tools.

o Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Licenses & Certifications:

o PMP certification (preferred but not required).

o Valid California Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and navigate job sites.

Ability to travel to various client locations within California.

This position may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Work Environment:

Primarily works in an office environment with frequent visits to client sites.

Will be required to oversee work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
