Copier Service Technician

As an entry into the IT environment or Career, Duplicated Business Solutions is looking for a copier service technician to cover Santa Maria and the surrounding communities.

As a level one service tech you will meet with clients, diagnose and repair equipment errors, perform general maintenance, and deliver supplies. With hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday, this is a salary position with benefits and paid overtime. Experience or technical aptitude desired but not required. Based in our office in Santa Maria, phone, computer, company vehicle, and ongoing training will be provided.

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Organize and maintain supplies, equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean and sanitary facility.

Maintain accurate records, including, maintenance activities, and inventory.

Communicate well with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective service process.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift and spend significant portions of your work day on your feet.

Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week.

Must have reliable attendance and good customer service skills.

Ability to work independently, with little to no instruction as well as on a team.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to properly communicate through both oral and written correspondence

Valid CA Driver’s License w/acceptable driver record.
