Inventory and Production Assistant

We have a full time position available that is well suited to a person who loves Excel, is super organized, driven to learn and is thorough resolve customer and inventory issues. We have a great group of highly skilled people and hope you join our team!
This is a full time position
$23+ DOE.

This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
Very strong Excel skills needed: Pivot table, Vlookup, formatting and the ability to work with large spreadsheets, while maintaining data integrity. We will test Excel skills as this is a critical skill set.

Answer phones and handle customer and salespersons' issues and questions
Some of our processes might seem complicated, but actually pretty routine once a person learns the position.
We need to rely on a person to meet deadlines. Some of the tasks regarding shortages or production issues have hard-wired deadlines
Also required is good follow through and communication skills on customer/sales issues to make sure resolution is communicated.
We use PICAS for plant production. Order changes need to be entered in PICAS and updates in SAP on the corporate side
Support for Office Manager: Taking over some of their tasks and being able to cover for them when they take PTO.
Office supply ordering
Manage seed inventory: Receive seed, order seed to fill shortages, contact customer about seed shortages
Other tasks related to production material management as needed
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
