Volt is immediately hiring for Press Operators for Press Operators in Santa Maria, CA.

As a Press Operator you will:

Review job orders and make accurate adjustments to the press machine

Follow established guidelines, specifications, and safety procedures

Monitor and operate machines daily to maintain the production schedule

Perform routine quality checks and basic testing to ensure product standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor

Complete additional tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for extended periods

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

This is a Part time opportunity.

Two part time shifts are available:

Night shift available working a 3rd shift (12am midnight to 6am, Mon – Fri) OR

Weekend shifts available as well: working a 4th shift (6am to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday)

Pay Rate: <$19.00 per hour>
