Accounts Receivable

Cal-Coast Machinery is a locally owned business that sells and services agricultural, lawn, garden, and homeowner equipment, as well as carries a complete supply of parts for these types of equipment and more.

We are seeking an intermediate level Accounts Receivable position to help support our admin team.

Qualifications:

Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel

Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs

Meticulous with details, highly analytical, organized, and can follow processes and procedures

Excellent written and oral communication

Driven to provide excellent customer service

Experience:

Accounts Receivable: 3 years (Required)

Customer account reconciliation and aging

Direct communication with customer accounts

Management of company phone system and incoming calls

NOTE: If a job offer is made, it will be contingent on the candidate's successful completion of a background and DMV check, physical exam, and drug screen (which includes marijuana).
