Shape the future of our Web Performance products

You will play a critical role in improving customer experience by ensuring the quality of our innovative web performance products. Collaborating with development teams, you'll be deeply involved in understanding product architecture to create the most relevant end-to-end validation frameworks, coming up with innovative ways to test web performance products.

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be responsible for:
  • Debugging systems and developing tools and test frameworks, as well as automation of functional and system test processes
  • Owning quality of products and their performance on our content delivery platform to satisfy customer demands
  • Taking ownership of testing in your product area, creating test strategies and delivering high quality software solutions
  • Collaborating with other software engineering teams to influence and shape the design process and product development
  • Working in parallel on more than one QA project at a time, efficiently managing time and prioritizing test efforts
Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
  • Demonstrate experience developing test scripts and test automation for complex distributed systems
  • Possess an understanding of networking and internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and TCP/IP
  • Have experience with at least one of the following: Perl, Python, C/C, or Shell scripting
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of Unix or Linux Operating systems
  • Be detail-oriented and have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
