Cafe Specialist - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Eataly’s bustling marketplaces contain a variety of quick service counters featuring coffee and drinks, pastries and gelato, pizza and focaccia, paninis and grab-and-go meal options. The QSR Specialist assists with the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters. Reports to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Managers.Provides service across all QSR counters, ensuring the team consistently meets high standards of hospitalitySets ups stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standardsManages transactions and ensures accurate accountingPrepares necessary collateral, weighs, labels, packages and serves productsSupports, motivates, guides, educates and mentors team membersMonitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the departmentEnsures department complies with all quality, health, safety and sanitation standardsDocuments, investigates, resolve and escalates guest incidentsAssists with administrative duties as neededPerforms other duties as required or assigned
