This team is responsible for driving, through best-in-class portfolio and program management, enterprise initiatives that enable ServiceNow Sales, Marketing, Services and Channel businesses with advanced technology and analytics. As a member of the DT PMO team, you will be instrumental in delivering some of the most innovative and cutting-edge strategies, technologies and products to market. We are truly a team, supporting each other and celebrating our successes!  This position reports to the VP, Portfolio Management OfficeKey responsibilities     Strategic alignment and execution – Provide strategic advice and support to DT leadership, ensuring all initiatives align with and support the company's overall mission and long-term business goals. 
   Portfolio governance – Guide the process for evaluating, prioritizing, and approving new initiatives, and maintain the overall portfolio roadmap. 
   Financial and resource management – Oversee capital planning, budget allocation, and resource management to ensure investments deliver maximum business value and ROI. 
   Process and methodology development – Establish and maintain standard project management methodologies, governance structures, and best practices across the organization
   Performance monitoring – Track and report on portfolio performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to guide data-enabled outcomes for the executive team 
   Risk and change management – Manage and escalate portfolio-level risks and obstacles that could impact strategic initiatives. 
   Stakeholder management – Act as a strategic advisor to executives, providing guidance on investments and reporting on portfolio status, risks, and issues. 
   Team administration – Direct, mentor, and develop PMO team members, including project and portfolio owners, to build organizational capability.
