One part of Prisma Access™ is our End-Point Agent team, which is responsible for securing the network traffic from Customer devices to Prisma Access™ Cloud. We are seeking an experienced Leader to lead the design, development and delivery of next-generation technologies within our End-Point Agent team. We want passionate Leaders who are hands-on, love to build great products and who bring new ideas in all facets of software development. We are looking for Leaders who take coaching and mentoring to heart and inspire their organization to scale horizontally and vertically. Collaboration and teamwork are at the foundation of our culture and we need Leaders who can communicate at a high level and work well with others inside and outside of the End-Point Agent team towards achieving a common goal for Palo Alto Networks.Your Impact
You will be responsible for Innovation, Development and Sustenance of End-Point Agent product on multiple platforms
You will work with product management to develop and define roadmaps
You will apply your knowledge to review and critique system architectures and low-level designs
Collaborate closely with Support teams to reduce call-volume and instill a metrics-driven mentality in the team to reduce the time taken to resolve customer issues
Interact with quality assurance teams to drive high-levels of Automation in End-Point Agent software
You will introduce processesdiscipline in the Engineering team to deliver high-quality software
You will actively communicate (written and verbal) with Executive audience
Be a reliable mentor and coach for your organization
Your Experience
10+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years of experience Leading a team of at least 5 people or more
Experience delivering brand-new and inherited ‘legacy’ software to millions of end-points
Proficient in CC programming language
Proficiency in systems programming on Windows or Mac
Experience in Linux programming is a plus
Knowledge of other programming languages like Swift, Objective-C, Go is a plus
Experience with networking domain is a plus
You are a team player with can-do attitude to tackle difficult problems and you inspire your team to do the same
You have high energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You enjoy collaboration and communication with multiple teams
You are a fast learner and eager to absorb new emerging technologies
You have a M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent military experience

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $165000 - $267500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
