The ideal candidate will have a background in planning and delivering technology transformation projects, is well-versed in agile methodologies, and possess deep expertise in effectively implementing these methodologies across a fast-paced, dynamic organization. This role requires strong communication skills with an ability to distill complex programs into concise and well-articulated presentations at scale. This position will make data-driven decisions to continuously monitor and track progress across multiple initiatives. All of this will be accomplished by building strong cross-functional partnerships.Your Impact

Effectively work with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to align business strategy and program execution

Drive transformation roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to help scale business capabilities with the growth of the organization and company

Plan, coordinate and manage large transformational initiatives, leading program management team meetings, identifying cross-functional dependencies, anticipating, minimizing and mitigating risks

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, managers, and peers

Partner with product teams to facilitate product launch activities and framework for feedback and escalation management

Develop and deliver presentations and reports for the executive team

Iterate on portfolio and program management standards and successfully deploy across the organization

Demonstrate a curiosity and a lean towards challenging existing processes to continuously optimize

Assist with the development of business cases and business value analyses

Your Experience

8+ years of program management experience in a fast moving, agile environment in a high growth company

Functional experience in go-to-marketing programs, customer experience, finance operations, or some other core business capability

Experience driving quarterly portfolio planning workshops using proven frameworks to optimize ROI and measurable business value

Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing obstacles

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong foundational understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, and operations

Hands-on expertise working with Agile/Scrum methodologies including agile tools (Jira, Confluence, smart sheet)

A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target

Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork

Incredible attention to detail and a drive that motivates others on the team

Highly collaborative team player that is comfortable providing and receiving open, real-time feedback to continuously up-level team performance

Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field with previous Big 4 consulting experience preferred

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $130,200/yr to $210,550/yr.
