MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 2

Wolfe & Associates, Property Services is seeking a full time EXPERIENCED Maintenance Person (consistent 40 hours a week) to make general repairs to our 300 managed properties in SB, Goleta, and Isla Vista.

Candidate must read speak and write English, have their own vehicle, auto insurance, tools, pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen as well as a good DMV record, valid CA driver's license.
