Journeyman-Plumbers-Handyman

Our local company providing service to both residential and commercial buildings in the Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Goleta areas seeks handymen, plumbers, and other specialized tradesmen. We are a family owned business with great employee relationships while providing excellent compensation. Our workload demand has expanded and we are looking to hire experienced Full time (preferred) or Part-time handymen, plumbers, and other journeymen to start ASAP.

Requirements:

Must have references we can contact

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Proof of eligibility to work

Valid social security number

Read and communicate clearly in English.

Fully capable of lifting 40 lb. without issues in bending and/or squatting for long and short periods of time

Minimum 2 Years experience reflecting acquirement of applicable skills

Takes great pride and integrity in the execution and completion of their assigned job.

Ability to self manage assigned tasks

Preferred Skills:

Be able to work independently on many different repairs and maintenance projects. These may include plumbing, drywall, stucco, textures, concrete, electrical, framing, fencing, general handyman services, installation of water heater, sinks, faucets, showers, plumbing services (gas lines, Pex), Carpentry services,

Responsibilities Include:

Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for our residential and commercial clients.

Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.

Maintain a presentable and professional demeanor at all times.

Collaborate and Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
