Experienced Maintenance Technician

Established Santa Barbara company requires individual to join a small team working on a variety of tasks to repair, maintain, remodel residential rental properties. We would prefer remodeling and repair experience, but if you have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn we would like to hear from you. Sample work includes drywall installation, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, tiling, etc. Own truck and tools preferred. Gas allowance.
