Spa Manager @ SUGAR
California, Santa barbara, 93101 Santa barbara USA25 hours per week (hours and days of week pending, available on weekends required )
Experience: must have management experience, preferably spa management experience. Social media experience appreciated.

Job Responsivities & Duties:
Including but are not limited to…
FRONT DESK RECEPTION:
Greeting all clients
Checking clients in and out
Selling memberships
Answering calls, texts, and emails
Inputting client information
Cleaning / Laundry
Selling products
Sending out new client waivers
Running errands during shift
Organizing and restocking front area and service rooms
Coordinate and manage outside sugaring events for owner
HR:
Employee quarterly check ins, reviews, write ups
Handle employee issues alongside owner
Esthetician and front desk employee schedule management
Facilitate hiring new employees and job descriptions, new employee documents etc.
Making sure salon waivers are up to date
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
Tracking Inventory
Ordering retail and backbar products
Stocking supplies and keeping back stock organized
Inputting inventory
MARKETING:
Create & send out promotion emails
Manage all service, employee, and gift card promotions
Instagram: responsible for all stories, posts, reels, & appointment posts throughout week.
Managing Yelp page, ads, inquiries, and messages.
Facebook Ads
Google Ads
Come up with new marketing strategies
Responsible for all company marketing
