Property Manager

NOW HIRING for Property Manager, Santa Barbara. Join our team of real estate professionals providing first in class property management services to owners of all types of real estate; residential, commercial, light industrial and multi-family.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 5 years of experience.

CA DRE licensee in good standing.

A working knowledge of AppFolio/Yardi or similar property management software.

Experience with the operations of residential &/or commercial properties, such as property maintenance, finances,

and managing tenants.

Knowledge and experience in the area of state and federal law that details the rights and duties of landlords and

tenants, related to the leasing & rental of residential &/or commercial property.

Knowledge of or experience with drafting, interpreting, revising or otherwise working with CAR form contracts.

Skill or experience in the strategies used to manage a company’s relationship with owner clients.

Experience with management of facilities and property maintenance.

We will consider training candidates with less experience.
