Looking for an organized, motivated, friendly and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide varied assistance for a new and well funded local med-tech startup company. Position includes organizing, creating documents, HR assistance and procedures as required. Will provide assistance for maintaining office supplies and other varied duties to support the business functions. Must be highly professional as we meet with business partners, clinical advisors and investors.

Others duties to include: Organizing/filing, scheduling, phone/email support. The right candidate for this position should be organized, good with numbers, detail oriented and have a pleasant and positive attitude and outlook. Minimum 20 hours per week or 3-days/week. Full-time an option. Students welcome if in the sciences/engineering or marketing programs at SBCC or UCSB.

Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years receptionist, office admin and experience is highly preferred

Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Must be comfortable on computer working with MS productivity tools.

Min Education Requirement: Either currently going to college or college degreeScience or technical degrees are highly preferred. Room for growth in a start-up. Prove yourselfbig opportunity.

Great references are required.

Work location off Hollister on Ward Drive. Close to Goleta Beach and fun environment.

Hours Monday- Friday 9am-5pm but reliable flexibility not a problem. (Days or hours)
