Project Manager

Santa Barbara Permitting is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving project success, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standard. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project team and will receive comprehensive training on the permitting process to enhance project delivery.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

-Oversee all stages of project planning and execution, from initiation through to completion.

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client expectations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

-Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

-Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.

-Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.

-Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development to enhance their effectiveness.

Potential Applicants will be fully trained in all the industry specific requirements. In addition, this position is variable as either full time or part time.
