Full Time CNC Machinist Position

Small Parts CNC, Inc is a well established, local business looking for a CNC machinist.

Our Company uses 3 to 5 axis CNC machines to manufacture tight tolerance parts for one off prototypes as well as high volume production.

We are seeking candidates who can set up and run multiple CNC machines and complete typical machine shop tasks.

Preferred candidates should have the ability to:

- Work independently

- Problem solve

- Multitask

In addition, we are looking for candidates who are detail and results oriented, take pride in their work, and are open to learning new skills.

Experience is required in the following areas:

- Haas CNC Mill operation / setup (minimum of 3 years)

- Understanding of cutter compensations to achieve accurate dimensions.

- Using Inspection tools i.e. calipers, ID / OD micrometers, thread gauges, height gauges.

- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings

Experience recommended in the following areas:

- CNC Lathe operation / setup (Mazak and Doosan/Fanuc Mill-Turn)
