Bookkeeper Assistant - Customer Service - Come See Us!

Sol Wave Water is looking for a person that enjoys talking with people, can multitask and work closely with our Service Technicians Owner and office personnel. Duties include calling collections, helping to answer phones, assist walk in customers, assisting Bookkeeper, scheduling sales and service calls, filing and other duties as assigned. Computer proficiency in Word (mail merge specifically), Excel, Quick Books and ability to communicate and listen effectively. Work week is Monday thru Friday 8 - 5 with alternating Saturday 8 - 2PM.
