Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Controller

What You'll Actually Do:
Be the Financial Guardian: Manage all aspects of the financial records, from accounts payable to general ledger maintenance. You'll be the bedrock of our financial stability!
Demonstrate expertise with QuickBooks Online. You'll be the digital conductor of our financial symphony.
Process Improver: Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls. You'll be the process architect, building a more efficient and effective financial ecosystem.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing crucial data summaries that help drive strategic decision-making. Engage effectively with other departments, providing financial support and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll be the financial diplomat, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle complex accounting issues with confidence and resourcefulness.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper (5+ years preferred).
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in QBO and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you can explain debits and credits to anyone!).
A positive attitude and a passion for numbers (you genuinely enjoy what you do!).
