Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description Job description:This is a growing Commercial and Residential Pest Control business located in San Jose, California. With our accelerated growth, we have realized the need for an additional collections and accounts receivable team member to help us manage our growing customer base. This position will work directly with our current AR and Collections Manager. The AR Specialist position offers growth to anyone who is looking for a new growing company to progress with. Please see the job duties below and apply if you are looking for an incredible place to work with outstanding employees and comprehensive benefits!RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESCollections: Make regular contact - phone calls and emails - with our customer base to remind them of outstanding invoices and ensure they complete their payments. Prioritize large dollar amount counts and largely overdue accounts.Essential Responsibilities: Oversee customer aging reports weekly and collection of past due balance Process billing including generating and processing weekly and monthly customer invoices Process incoming check payments from AR customers and prepare daily check deposits Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence Handling daily banking activity Collect subcontractor and supplier releases Support month-end and year-end processes Perform various job duties as assigned by the ownership teamRequirements Collections, Payment Processing, Account Reconciliation, Bank Account Reconciliation, Month-end Close Activities, Year-end Close, Invoice Processing Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
