What You'll DoAs Market Access Business Operations Manager you will help plan and execute administrative and operational activities for the Market Access (MA) team. You will work in close partnership with MA Leadership and team, AC business operations leaders, Business managers, ONEx, and People & Communities (P&C).Core responsibilities

Drive a horizontal approach that enables team members to work together toward a common goal, establish an operational rhythm across workstreams, and monitor/report how MA programs perform against strategic goals

Driving run-the-business operations and assisting with any additional strategic initiatives under Market Access purview

Track MA priorities and project portfolio; ensure progress is monitored & reported

Assisting with MA operating cadence, including setting meeting agendas, circulating notes, and tracking action-items & follow-ups

Provide ad-hoc operational support and guidance (e.g., operational exceptions etc.)

Be a bridge for communication between MA and other teams, with strong collaborative relationships across Cisco

Provide ad hoc support for strategic projects that emerge as part of business.

Manage the MA learning agenda including onboarding, ongoing trainings, and personal development forums (e.g., knowledge sharing) to ensure the MA team is aligned to Cisco’s requirements

Who You AreYou have exceptional cross-organization collaboration-building skills. You are a dynamic team player with the capability to build senior-level & peer-to-peer relationships across a diverse audience.You have the organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and generalist skill set to take on a wide range of high priority tasks in support of MA & the leadership team. You are diligent and always deliver high quality work. You are able to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy.Your written (including decks) and verbal communication is compelling and precise in both in-person and virtual settings. You can quickly take sophisticated concepts and communicate them briefly, simply, and persuasively. Strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems into component parts and lead on and enjoy both strategic and tactical work is key.Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in ambiguous contexts without a lot of direction or oversight. You have a sense of humbleness with no job being too big or too small to undertake.Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent, preferably with 2-4 years of that experience in strategic planning and development, program or project management.

Ability to work with data and able to develop reporting, analyses with minimal supervision.

Ability to handle high level sensitive and confidential information is necessary; must possess mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential.
