Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired.What You'll DoThe Manager is responsible for leading a diverse team that develops and executes strategies to accelerate Cisco's architecture growth while engaging, enabling, and evolving a healthy partner community in the US. S/he will lead a cross architecture solutions team that includes (2) SBDM’s, a COE engineering team of (8) engineers aligned to the industry trends, and also the SRE team. S/he will report to the Director of Cross Architecture Acceleration in the Americas Partner Organization.Duties Include:

Accountable for balancing short and long-term business strategies aligned to Cisco's long-term goals.

Set business approach inclusive of go-to-market strategies to grow customer and partner loyalty and partner wallet share.

Create strategies focused on acquiring and developing a diverse, high performance workforce.

Engage Cisco Executives with key partner leadership teams.Who You AreThe successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader with an extensive track record of excellence with the following capabilities:

Proven success as a collaborative leader in a solution sales organization.

Has 3+ years of technical sales/channel management experience with major partner accounts

The ability to organize, motivate, virtually lead, and influence, across the functional and business unit organizations of Cisco.

Has a deep knowledge of cross-architecture solutions and how they provide customer value

Understands large business organizations, their business buying cycles, and how to transform businesses through technology

Is passionate about building high performing teams

Exhibits a leadership mind-set with the ability to set direction and guide others

Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade - using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.

Has experience working in large, complex organizations.

Has proven success, record of high performance, and strong leadership skills.
